Residential Support Worker




Join our Residential Care team and for a limited period you will qualify for a £1400 Bonus. We are recruiting compassionate residential support workers to work alongside our experienced teams to deliver a high quality of care and support to young people.


The Role:

Ensure the safeguarding of all young people.

To contribute to the young person’s personal plans.

To form positive relationships with young people and those working with them.

To promote professional care standards in Woodlands.


We offer good rates of pay including a sleep rate at £55 per sleep.

If you have no experience but want to make a difference and have transferrable skills, we would be excited to hear from you and can provide you with all the training and support needed to succeed and develop in being a Residential Support worker.
