Registered Children’s Home Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for a child-centred Registered Children's Home Manager to join our highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager’s team.  Suitable applicants must hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Woodlands is an independent holistic therapeutic residential service for males aged 11-18 years who have experienced trauma.  Established in 1999 we are a small company (with only 5 homes offering a maximum of 21 places), we are proud to offer a nurturing, trauma informed environment where Care, Therapy and Education work hand in hand to support the young people in our Care. The successful appointee will work alongside our in-house team of 4 qualified specialist therapists and our Head Teacher who leads an outstanding school (rated 5 Excellents by Estyn).

All our homes have been inspected under the new Welsh Inspection Framework and all achieved Excellent in Well Being, Care and Support, and Leadership and Management.  4 homes achieved a Good rating for Environment with 1 achieving a further Excellent.

Salary: Up to £43,147.00 per year
